Onboarding & Registration Charges
These are one-time charges of ₹1,100/- collected during the registration process. This fee covers profile verification, authentication, and administrative efforts required to maintain a genuine community.
STRICT POLICY: Registration charges (₹1,100) are 100% Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
Service & Subscription Charges
Subscription fees (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.) are charged for active matchmaking services tailored to your preferences as discussed with your Relationship Manager.
Service Satisfaction: We may refund between 30% – 100% of these charges based on a case-by-case evaluation.
