1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible for marriage under applicable laws. All information and documents provided by you must be accurate, genuine, and verifiable.

2. Collection of Information

We may collect your personal details via our mobile app, WhatsApp, email, or telephone. For verification, we may require proof of identity and qualification/career-related details, such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Educational Certificates, or similar documents. You consent to our use of this information strictly for matchmaking purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Profile Review & Approval

All profiles are subject to internal review before approval. Submission of a profile does not guarantee approval. Once approved, you must pay a non-refundable registration fee.

4. Service & Scope

After registration, you will be informed of customized matchmaking consultation charges, payable in parts:

• A portion upfront,
• A portion during service,
• A portion after engagement or wedding, depending on your preference.

Services include:

• Suggesting 2–3 matches per month,
• Discussing your profile with potential families,
• Coordinating with both families once mutual interest is established,
• Facilitating exchange of contact details once both families agree.

5. Limitations of Service

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, or a successful match within any time frame. Marriage is a personal, family-based decision, and we only facilitate introductions.

We are not responsible if:

• A suggested match does not meet your expectations,
• Discussions between families do not progress, or
• No marriage materializes despite using our services.

6. Payments & Refunds

- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Other service charges may be partially refundable only if you request cancellation within one (1) month of payment.
- If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the specified refund window by emailing us at himachalirishta.com@gmail.com.
- After one month, no refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

7. Member Responsibilities

You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of your details. You agree not to misuse our services or share false, misleading, or offensive content. You acknowledge that matchmaking requires patience and understanding, and outcomes cannot be forced.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided strictly on a best-effort basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

We shall not be liable for:

• Any unsuccessful or unsatisfactory matches,
• Any emotional, mental, social, or financial loss,
• Any decisions taken by you or your family based on our introductions, profiles, or communications.

The decision to subscribe to Prime Matrimony services is taken solely and voluntarily by the user, without any force, pressure, inducement, or misrepresentation from our side.

• Refund requests can be raised only within the officially defined refund window and only for Prime Matrimony services.
• Registration charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

By using this service, the user expressly agrees that no legal claims, disputes, or complaints shall be initiated against Prime Matrimony, including but not limited to any court of law, National Consumer Helpline, Consumer Forum, or any other authority, as the service is availed entirely by personal choice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund if:

• False or misleading information is provided,
• Payments are not made on time, or
• Misconduct or misuse of services occurs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh only. By using this service, the user expressly waives any right to initiate legal proceedings in any other court or city."

By registering with Prime Matrimony and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
